ElevateHer is developing a residential support ecosystem that combines stable housing with individualized guidance, education, workforce development, financial capability, life skills, and emotional wellness.
Our goal is to help women move beyond immediate instability and build the foundation for lasting independence.

Every woman's journey is different. ElevateHer's residential support ecosystem is designed for adult women experiencing housing instability or significant life disruptions who are ready to work toward greater stability and independence.
Women facing unstable housing, displacement, or living situations that make it difficult to establish a secure foundation for the future.
Women navigating major life changes, including employment loss, family transitions, financial setbacks, or other circumstances that disrupt stability.
Women seeking structured support to strengthen their financial capability, pursue education or employment, develop life skills, and prepare for independent living.
Who Can Participate: The planned program will serve women ages 18 and older. Residents will live in a shared residential setting, with stays of up to 18 months based on individual progress and housing readiness. The initial residence will not accommodate children.
Program Status: ElevateHer's residential program is currently in development and is not yet accepting applications.
Our five integrated pillars bring together the support, practical skills, and resources women need to build stability and work toward lasting independence.
A stable shared living environment where residents establish routines, develop household skills, explore housing options, and prepare for independent living.
Guidance in career exploration, education, job preparation, and workforce training, including our foundational ABC Education Framework.
Practical financial education, budgeting, banking and credit fundamentals, and personalized savings goals to support long-term housing stability.
Building everyday skills in communication, problem-solving, time management, household responsibilities, and personal planning.
Wellness education, healthy coping strategies, supportive relationships, and connections to qualified mental health and community resources.
Every woman's journey is different. Through individualized planning, coordinated support, and regular progress reviews, residents work toward the skills, resources, and stability needed for independent living.
Initial inquiry, eligibility screening, and a confidential assessment of each woman's needs, strengths, and goals.
The first 90 days focus on adjusting to residential living, creating an Individualized Success Plan, and beginning education or employment goals.
Residents build financial capability, practical life skills, workforce readiness, and emotional wellness through personalized support.
Residents work toward housing readiness through budgeting, savings goals, housing searches, and a realistic transition plan.
Residents move toward stable independent housing, with voluntary follow-up support available for up to 12 months after departure.
Each resident works with program staff to develop an Individualized Success Plan based on her strengths, needs, and personal goals. Plans guide progress in housing stability, education, employment, financial capability, and emotional wellness, with regular reviews and adjustments.
The initial phase focuses on adjusting to shared residential living, establishing routines, addressing immediate needs, and building a foundation for progress. Residents begin working toward their individualized education, employment, financial, and personal development goals.
Throughout the program, residents participate in activities that strengthen practical life skills, financial capability, education, workforce readiness, and emotional wellness. Housing planning begins early and evolves as each woman prepares for independent living.
Residents follow individualized pathways, with regular progress reviews and transition planning throughout their stay.

Leaving ElevateHer is a new beginning, not the end of the journey. Our planned program includes voluntary follow-up support for up to 12 months after departure, helping former residents stay connected to resources, community, and the goals they've worked toward.
Housing is the foundation. Independence is the goal.

We're bringing that vision to life, and we can't do it alone. Through partnerships, resources, and community support, we can help create a foundation for lasting independence.
