A Mission Born From
Lived Experience

I didn't create ElevateHer because I read about a problem. I created it because I've lived through some of the very challenges we're working to address.

I spent years in foster care and eventually aged out without the safety net, guidance, or support every young person deserves. I've experienced domestic violence, financial hardship, and the uncertainty of trying to rebuild a life while still figuring out how to survive.

Those experiences taught me that getting through a difficult situation and building a better life on a solid foundation are two very different things.

A safe place to stay matters. But what happens next? What happens when you need emotional support, financial stability, career opportunities, or simply someone who believes you're capable of more?

That's why I founded ElevateHer Women's Network.

I wanted to build the kind of support system I wish had existed when I needed it most. Not just temporary assistance, but a place where women can find stability, begin healing, develop practical skills, build meaningful connections, and work toward independence.

Because I believe women shouldn't have to spend their lives proving how much they can survive.

They deserve the opportunity to build lives where they can finally feel safe enough to exhale, dream, and become.

WHAT GUIDES US

Our Purpose

Our mission defines the work we're building. Our vision reflects the future we believe every woman deserves.

Our Mission

To create pathways to lasting independence for women experiencing instability by connecting stable housing with individualized support, education, workforce development, financial capability, life skills, and emotional wellness.

We believe every woman deserves more than the opportunity to survive. She deserves the stability, resources, and support to build a life on her own terms.

Our Vision

A future where women have the foundation they need to move beyond survival and build lives defined by stability, opportunity, dignity, and independence.

Where a woman's circumstances do not determine her possibilities, and where support creates opportunities for lasting change.

Housing is the foundation. Independence is the goal.

What We're Building

A Place to Find Stability. A Pathway to Independence.

At ElevateHer, we recognize that rebuilding a life takes more than finding a safe place to stay.

That's why we're developing a residential support ecosystem that combines stable housing with individualized guidance, education, workforce development, financial capability, life skills, and emotional wellness.

Every woman enters with her own experiences, strengths, challenges, and aspirations. Our approach is designed to help each resident create a personalized pathway toward sustainable independence.

Our goal isn't simply to help women find their footing. It's to help them build a foundation they can stand on long after they leave ElevateHer.
